Description
The development is to co-locate various segment of Schlumberger OFS Base in one location. The facility is be set up in Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) area of CITY DELTAMAS in Jakarta, with approximately of total land area is 97,540 sqm. Bita’s Scope of Works is consists of Infrastructure Development which include Land Development: roads and parking, re¬excavated, back filled and compacted and Green Zone Development: Landscape / Green zone Area; Switch Yard for High and Low Voltage Electrical Power; Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Compressed Air System Water; Domestic and Process Water System; Sewerage Collection and Treatment System; Fire Fighting System; Storm Water / Rain Water and Distribution Line; Telecommunication and Lease Lines; Boundary and Fence and Lighting and Walkway.While the scope of services are Architectural Services, Quantity Surveying Services / Cost Estimate, Civil & Structural Engineering Services, Electrical Engineering Services, Mechanical Engineering Services, Public Health Engineering, FM Global, LEED / Green Building Certification, Statutory Approvals and Permits, Design Standards, Review by Schlumberger Engineering and Construction Group and Third Party Advisor, Engineering and Design Support during Construction / Commissioning Phase, Value Engineering and Sustainability.
