Description
Due to expansion of production capacity and adjustment on the development concept of the previous preparation of tender documentation, INPEX Masela Ltd (Company) as the operator of the Abadi gas field requested BITA to upgrade the previous design and tender documentation to accommodate the changes on current requirements.The scope boundary for the project is summarized as follows:Development of documents of Logistic Support Base basic design updates (LSB FEED)Port/ Marine, consists of Wharf, Jetty, Causeway, Floating Dock, Seawater Intake and other associated works.Logistic Supply Base facilities, consists of: Buildings: Warehouses, Offices, Storages, Clinic, Utilities Buildings and other associated worksSite Utilities Supply: Clean Water, Fire Water, Fuel Storage and Distribution, Electrical Generation and System, HVAC System, Telecom System (Voice and Data), Sewage, Waste Water, Fire Detection and Extinguishing, Blast Protection and other associated works.General Civil Infrastructure, consists of: Roads, Drainage, Ponds, Landscape, Walkways and Pavements and other associated works.
