Description
BITA develop a detailed master plan of a new hospitality industry area in Southern Lombok. Mandalika has been coined as a new prospectus international tourist destination in eastern Indonesia. Concept of ecotourism and thematic event based destination is used as its foundation of development. The 1,250 hectare of area is planned to be developed into area accommodating 12,000 units of hotel resorts and residential villas, and international convention facilities. The scope of work includes market study, detail master planning and layouting, urban design guidelines and building codes, landscape study, infrastructure, and business model and financial strategy.
