Description
BITA is appointed by MMID to conduct a site engineering integrity study and master plan for a new industrial estate in Cikarang area to meet a new relocation demand of Japanese manufacturer to Indonesia. The area covers approximately 1,500 Ha.BITA proposed a CBD to become the center of business exchange, public facilities and social activities, to increase social attachment scale of the area. Likewise, BITA propose a housing zone for the workers to be closer to the concept garden city, supported by cluster of social and community facilities. These zones will be accessible from the public external road and railway to build connectivity to outside urban structure and regional centres.
