DED for Jakarta International Velodrome Project

This project is a hotel facility for Bandung area. This building of IBIS Hotel Pasteur have 6 storeys level with Â± 1 acre building area. Categorized as three-star hotel, the hotel have 123 rooms, meeting rooms, resto lounge etc.In this project, BKM appointed to accomplish the Detailed Engineering Design of the building.

Hotel Ibis Pasteur, Bandung

This project is visioned as the best recrational facility in Guci, Slawi city of Tegal area. Located at 1000 meter above sea level. An area on foot of northern Slamet mountain with itâ€™s chilling atmosphere.This project on Â± 22.072 mÂ² area wide that consist 120 rooms and 7 villas, restaurant, 600-persons auditorium, meeting room, spa, hot-water swimming pool, tea house, ancestors museum etc.The main idea of design is Modern-Java architecture. With pendopo in joglo as the reception, and dalem as the center of all activities in this building. All of these are as appreciation for Javanese culture.

Guci Highland Hotel & Resort, Guci - Central Java (2015)

BKM is appointed to handle the hotel project at jalan Pahlawan, which is operated by Dafam Group. The hotel owned by PT. POS Property Indonesia Consisted with 6 storeys and 1 basement level, the hotel categorized as three-star plus hotel. The site is 3.155 mÂ² wide with 7.539 mÂ² building area. Modernâ€“ Minimalis and Lifestyle as the design concept, that applied in architecture and interior form.

POIN Hotel, Bandung (2015)

Natural recreational park Maribaya which located in Lembang,Bandung is planned by PT. Akurasi Kuat Mega Indonesia. Consisted by 3 phase, which the first stage is already constructed, and the rest 2 with its area wide for 8000 mÂ² is in progress with BKM.The benchmark for its concepts is from Japanese garden, fused with Sundanese atmosphere as a part of the design concept. The highlights is in water features, stones and bamboo as in Sundaneese culture characteristics.

Maribaya Eco Park Bandung

Santika Premier Hotel located in BSD and operated by Santika group. This four-star class hotel consist a 17 storeys level with 294 hotel rooms, meeting room, restaurant, business center, swimming pool etc. This building is also in a complex of Indonesia International Expo and Convention Center, BSD Jakarta. The building concept is from consortium between COX Architect Sydney and BKM. BKM appointed to accomplish the architectural details.

Santika Premier 4 Star Hotel in association with COX Architect at Bumi Serpong Damai (2015)

A five-star hotel with international class, this project located in Canggu that is west to Denpasar, Bali island. The site is Â± 4 acre wide for this project.This hotel consisting 4 block of room-stays, with approximate 120 room in total. There will also a 7 villas, and some facilities : restaurant, main lobby, speciality restaurant, celebration pavillion, club house, swimming pool, kid &amp; teens club, pool bar, etc.The main concept come from international consultant, WATG of Singapore. BKM in conjunction, finish the architectural-design drawings.

Interconintal Cangu, Bali in association with WATG, Singapore (2014)

BKM had the chance to design the Bukit Randu Hotel &amp; Convention. Located in Bandar Lampung, with PT. NIPINDO as our client. The project is 4,02 acre big on top of the hill.A very clear view of the Bandar Lampung city because it is located on top of the hill. The building designed in a modernminimalist style, with aesthetics form and visitorâ€™s comfort as the main concerns.

Terminal Internasional Entikong

Design development of STIE Waingapu, is located at Kuta village with total area Â± 10 ha. The new campus design is realized to increase campus facilities and be GREEN CAMPUS.Wirawacana University is implemented green campus concept which the campus participate in enviroment preserving and be a role model o&nbsp; physical development in community.Designed Masterplan&nbsp; with the concept of "Closed" is defined as a campus that impressed closed but it is opened to the surrounding environment of social, cultural, and technology. The campus has sport facilities and has location of open space inside the campus.Concept of â€œclosedâ€ campus is allowed campus activities to hold inside the campus and green area can be use to do activity that can refresh mind and soul so the learning system can be effective and efficient.

Kampus Wirawacana

The building consists of 16 exhibition and 2 convention center, the Convention and Exhibition facilities is the biggest in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The building design is a collaboration between COX ARCHITECT JV with BKM, which will be built in two phases.The shape of the building illustrates the dynamic shape of a dragon with Feng Shu philosophy, which leads from north to south. Each exhibition hall can accommodate 5,000 visitors, which is equipped with a mezzanine and back of the house that is designed with international standards.The convention consists of: 1) the ballroom on the ground floor that can accommodate 4000 people, 2) mezzanine, consisting of small meeting rooms and support facilities, and 3) the first floor, which is a multi functional meeting rooms, which consists of 30 meeting rooms, for accommodate 4000 people. The building is equipped with a basement parking area and a kitchen, which is connected properly and in accordance with international standards.

Indonesia Internation Expo & Convention Centre, BSD Tangerang

Laboratory Sucofindo is located at Cibitung - Bekasi, West Java. The site area is 15,000 m2. BKM has been appointed to design construction / renovation / rehabilitation of the SBU building Cibitung Laboratory.The renovation building included Administration Building, Chemical Laboratory Building, Calibration Laboratory Building, Engineering Laboratory Building, Archives Building, Corridor, and parking area.
