The building consists of 16 exhibition and 2 convention center, the Convention and Exhibition facilities is the biggest in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The building design is a collaboration between COX ARCHITECT JV with BKM, which will be built in two phases.The shape of the building illustrates the dynamic shape of a dragon with Feng Shu philosophy, which leads from north to south. Each exhibition hall can accommodate 5,000 visitors, which is equipped with a mezzanine and back of the house that is designed with international standards.The convention consists of: 1) the ballroom on the ground floor that can accommodate 4000 people, 2) mezzanine, consisting of small meeting rooms and support facilities, and 3) the first floor, which is a multi functional meeting rooms, which consists of 30 meeting rooms, for accommodate 4000 people. The building is equipped with a basement parking area and a kitchen, which is connected properly and in accordance with international standards.
