BKM is appointed to handle the hotel project at jalan Pahlawan, which is operated by Dafam Group. The hotel owned by PT. POS Property Indonesia Consisted with 6 storeys and 1 basement level, the hotel categorized as three-star plus hotel. The site is 3.155 m² wide with 7.539 m² building area. Modern– Minimalis and Lifestyle as the design concept, that applied in architecture and interior form.
