Waropen as a new regency devided from Yapen-Waropen regency. This regency has natural resources, like a mineral resource, forestry, fishery, etc. In term of its regional development, Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) is required as as guidance for monitoring of regional potential database and long term regional development.Scope of works are Survey Preparation, Field Survey/Data Collecting, Data Compilation and Analysis Report, Draft Report, final Report and album of Planning Map.
